Food as medium. Table as stage.
Yasmine Moufti is a food artist and chef whose practice turns the dining table into a site of inquiry. Her work β edible installations, immersive dinners, and culinary performances β uses food as medium and the act of eating as a space for collective reflection.
Based between Beirut and Toronto, her projects live at the intersection of art, resistance, play, and the deeply human desire to connect. Each experience is site-specific, multisensory, and rooted in the social fabric of its time and place.
She has created work at Malfoof, Space 13, and Takeover in Beirut, and has shown in Toronto, Canada.
