Yasmine Moufti is a food artist and chef working across food, art, design, and experience.

Her practice explores food as a material and a medium for creating experimental objects, installations, performances, and participatory experiences. She works with ingredients, cooking processes, sensory perception, and the rituals surrounding food to develop projects that can take many forms — from intimate dinners to edible installations, creative collaborations, and experimental food concepts.

Her approach is research-driven and highly experimental. Projects often begin with a question, material, or concept and develop through cooking, prototyping, and hands-on experimentation. Rather than treating food solely as something to be consumed, Yasmine uses it to build environments, communicate ideas, and create unexpected forms of interaction.

Her work is available for artistic commissions, creative collaborations, events, installations, and food-focused experiences.
