Orchestrated Chaos

Orchestrated Chaos was a dinner installation inspired by Beirut — an homage to the beautifully unruly spirit of the city.

After moving to Toronto, I found myself longing for the chaos that once was irritating. In Beirut, chaos isn't just noise or disorder; it's a presence, an identity that cradles you like an old friend. It's the backdrop of every story, every street corner, watching over us as we move through the city.

This chaos isn't accidental. At first glance, it feels overwhelming — random objects and movement filling every inch of space. But look closer, and you'll see a delicate intention behind it all. A symphony of disorder carefully arranged — chaotic, yes, but orchestrated.

Guests were invited to lose themselves in the visual cacophony of Beirut while savoring playful twists on the city's classic flavors — a taste of home, layered with surprise.
